Vessel:	2016 Hargrave Raised Pilothouse (RENAISSANCE)

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Ratification of Agreement: Except as specifically modified by this Amendment, all terms, conditions, and provisions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
